Dermal fillers, including profilho, are used by our expert medical team to rejuvenate your skin, particularly around the hands, arms and chest.

Anti-wrinkle injections work by temporarily blocking the nerve impulses to the carefully targeted muscles. This relaxes the facial muscles to reduce the movement under these areas in order to soften the appearance of the lines you have, and try to prevent the formation of further lines.

Dermal fillers can be used to soften lines, folds, wrinkles, or to give volume or mild lift. At the hoc, we use premium the FDA-approved Juvederm® range of dermal fillers. These are all temporary hyaluronic acid (HA) fillers. HA dermal fillers are broken down and absorbed by the body over time. They are also dissolvable.

Profhilo® is a unique hyaluronic acid based product developed for treating skin quality and offers an innovative approach to anti-aging. Profhilo® causes skin bioremodelling by a dual action due to its unique composition. It stimulates 4 types of collagen and elastin.

Harmonyca® is a new hybrid dermal filler. It adds immediate volume and lifts the skin gradually and continuously in the injection areas. As we age, loss of volume and change in texture are the most noticeable signs that our skin is aging. Most dermal fillers contain only hyaluronic acid or a biostimulant and cannot provide the combined benefits of hyaluronic acid lifting and continued stimulation of collagen synthesis by calcium hydroxyapatite (CaHA) alone.
